Ingredients
- 1 cup refined sugar.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1/4 cup lime juice.
- 6 tablespoons of El Chilerito Chilli Powder.
- 2 1/2 cups mango pulp.
- 1 cup El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce.
- 4 cups ice.
- 1/4 cup spicy mangoes.
- 4 spicy tamarind sticks.
Steps
- Cover glass edge with lime juice and then pass it on a bowl with El Chilerito Chilli Powder, leave glass in the fridge until serving time.
- Blend the mango pulp with sugar, lime juice and ice.
- Pour a little bit of El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce inside the glass, pour the mango mixture and add more El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce on top.
- Decorate with spicy mangoes and spicy tamarind sticks.
