MANGONADA

Ingredients

  • 1 cup refined sugar.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1/4 cup lime juice.
  • 6 table spoons El Chilerito Chilli Powder.
  • 2 1/2 cups mango pulp.
  • 1 cup El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce.
  • 4 cups ice.
  • 1/4 cup spicy mangoes.
  • 4 spicy tamarind sticks.

 

Preparation

  • Cover glass edge with lime juice and then páss it on a bowl with El Chilerito Chilli Powder, leave glass in the fridge until serving time.
  • Blend mango pulp with sugar, lime juice and ice.
  • Pour a little bit of El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce inside the glass, add mango misture and add more El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce on top.
  • Decorate with spicy mangoes and spicy tamarind sticks.
