Ingredients
- 4 cucumbers.
- 1 cup Japanese peanuts.
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts.
- 1 cup Clamato (tomato juice with clams).
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 cup El Chilerito Hot Spicy Sauce.
- 1 cup El Chilerito Chamoy Powder Original.
- 1 cup El Chilerito Chamoy Sauce.
Steps
- Peel the cucumbers, cut them in 3 or 4 fingers tall.
- Mix in a bowl peanuts, Clamato juice and El Chilerito Hot Spicy Sauce.
- Pour in a bowl el Chilerito Chamoy Sauce and introduce cucumbers up to the middle, then sprinkle them in a bowl with El Chilerito Chamoy Powder Original.
- Fill the cucumbers with peanuts.
