Ingredients
- 1 Tuna medallion chopped in small cubes
- 1/2 sliced purple onion
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 2 pineapple slices, chopped in small cubes
- 1 chopped avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 2 oz. of soy sauce
- 2 oz. of lime juice
- 2 oz. of orange juice
- El Chilerito Mix sauce to taste
- Corn tostadas
Steps
- In a container, mix the following ingredients: fresh tuna, cucumber, pineapple, purple onion, orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce and El Chilerito Mix sauce.
- In another container, smash the avocado and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare corn tostadas with some of the avocado dressing and tuna mix.
- Enjoy your fresh and full of flavour tostadas.
