TUNA CEVICHE

Ingredients

  • 1 Tuna medallion chopped in small cubes
  • 1/2 sliced purple onion
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 2 pineapple slices, chopped in small cubes
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 2 oz. of soy sauce
  • 2 oz. of lime juice
  • 2 oz. of orange juice
  • El Chilerito Mix sauce to taste
  • Corn tostadas


Steps

  • In a container, mix the following ingredients: fresh tuna, cucumber, pineapple, purple onion, orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce and El Chilerito Mix sauce.
  • In another container, smash the avocado and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare corn tostadas with some of the avocado dressing and tuna mix.
  • Enjoy your fresh and full of flavour tostadas.
