Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo cleaned and cooked shrimps
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 50 ml. olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 purple onion
- Lime juice to taste
- El Chilerito Mix sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Peal and clean the shrimps, leave their tails for easier preparation.
- Once they are clean, put them in a container with salt and pepper. Add chopped garlic, El Chilerito Mix sauce and olive oil, so they wont´t stick in the grill.
- Chop bell pepper, purple onion and pineapple. Add them to the bowl with shrimps and cherry tomatoes.
- Mix all ingredients and add more El Chilerito Mix sauce.
- To assemble the skewers, first place a piece of pineapple, followed by a shrimp, bell pepper, purple onion and a cherry tomato. Repeat it to complete the line.
- Place then on the grill over medium heat.
