TACOS DE PESCADO

Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • Avocado
  • Coriander to taste
  • 1 Cup of cabbage or purple cabbage
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp of sugar
  • El Chilerito Mix Sauce
  • El Chilerito Chili powder


Steps

  • For de salad:
  • Wash the vegetables.
  • Slice the purple cabbage and carrots, reserve in a bowl.
  • Add sugar and mayonnaise.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • For the fish:
  • Firstly, clean the fish well, season it with salt, pepper, El Chilerito Mix Sauce and El Chilerito powder.
  • Chop coriander, tomato, onion, avocado and reserve.
  • Heat a pan with olive oil, add the fish and fry on both sides. Remove and chop into strips.
  • Place the fish over some warm corn tortillas, followed by the salad; add onion, tomato, coriander, avocado and a few drops of lime.
  • Add El Chilerito Mix Sauce.
  • Enjoy your delicious fish tacos.
