Ingredients
- Salmon
- Ginger
- Garlic cloves
- Brown sugar
- Lime juice
- El Chilerito Mix sauce
Steps
- Place Mix sauce in a deep container.
- Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 chopped garlic cloves and some chopped ginger.
- Add to mix 2 tablespoons of oil and the juice of 2 limes.
- Mix all ingredients and put mix on top of salmon.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Seal salmon on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
