Ingredients
- 1 cup of mango pulp
- 1 cup of mango cubes
- 1/2 cup of water
- 7 g of gelatin
- 1/2 cup of mango nectar
- 50 ml of El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce
- 50 ml of El Chilerito Chamoy Mango Flavor Sauce
- El Chilerito powder
Steps
- Mix mango nectar, mango pulp, mango cubes, El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce, El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce in a bowl and reserve.
- Hydrate gelatin with 2 tablespoons of water and mix. Add mix to the bowl.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, refrigerate until gelatin is ready.
