Jelly with Chamoy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mango pulp
  • 1 cup of mango cubes
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 7 g of gelatin
  • 1/2 cup of mango nectar
  • 50 ml of El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce
  • 50 ml of El Chilerito Chamoy Mango Flavor Sauce
  • El Chilerito powder


Steps

  • Mix mango nectar, mango pulp, mango cubes, El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce, El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce in a bowl and reserve.
  • Hydrate gelatin with 2 tablespoons of  water and mix. Add mix inte bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into the glasses, refrigerate until gelatin is ready
  • ¡Enjoy your Jelly with Chamoy!
