Jelly with Chamoy
Ingredients
1 cup of mango pulp
1 cup of mango cubes
1/2 cup of water
7 g of gelatin
1/2 cup of mango nectar
50 ml of El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce
50 ml of El Chilerito Chamoy Mango Flavor Sauce
El Chilerito powder
Steps
Mix mango nectar, mango pulp, mango cubes, El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce, El Chilerito Chamoy Flavor Sauce in a bowl and reserve.
Hydrate gelatin with 2 tablespoons of water and mix. Add mix inte bowl.
Pour the mixture into the glasses, refrigerate until gelatin is ready
