Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell papper
- 120 grams carrot
- 120 grams zucchini
- 200 grams red onion
- 1 garlic
- 280 grams soy sprouts
- 600 grams chicken breast
- 40 ml olive oil
- El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce
Steps
- Pour oil in a pan or wok. Sauté the chicken breast until medium cooked. Reserve for later.
- Add the vegetables, previously sautéed separately with El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce.
- Incorporate the chicken breast and vegetables in the pan or wok. Cook in medium fire until the chicken is well done.
- Season again with El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
