TERIYAKI

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell papper
  • 120 grams carrot
  • 120 grams zucchini
  • 200 grams red onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 280 grams soy sprouts
  • 600 grams chicken breast
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce


Steps

  • Pour oil in a pan or wok. Sauté the chicken breast until medium cooked. Reserve for later.
  • Add the vegetables, previously sautéed separately with El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce.
  • Incorporate the chicken breast and vegetables in the pan or wok. Cook in medium fire until the chicken is well done.
  • Season again with El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
