Ingredients
- 1/2 kg clean mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 finely chopped small onion (1/3 cup aprox)
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 3 or 4 tablespoons of El Chilerito Mix Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (optional)
Steps
- Pour the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute, add the mushrooms and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are tender, stir frequently.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and El Chilerito Mix Sauce, stir and cover the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, cook for 2 more minutes and serve with a pinch of fresh copped parsley on top, Enjoy!
