VEGETABLE OMELETTE RECIPE WITH SAUCE MIX

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 long pumpkin
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 chopped sausages
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • El Chilerito Mix sauce to taste


Steps

  • Cut thick slices of the vegetables (bell pepper, eggplant and pumpkin). Extract the pulp and cut it into small pieces to maintain the contours of the vegetables.
  • Mix the eggs with the chopped pulps, the striped mozzarella, the chopped sausages and season to taste.
  • Place the edges of the vegetable slices in a pan with oil and season with a few drops of El Chilerito Mix Sauce until they are half cooked. Pour the egg mixture into the center of each vegetable frame. Cover until everything is cooked through.
  • Serve on plates and add more El Chilerito Mix Sauce to taste.
