Ingredients
- 1 pc. chicken breast
- 1 tbsp. of salt
- 1 tbsp. of pepper
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of oil
- For the sauce:
- 1 habanero
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. of salt
- 1 cup of mangoes in syrup
- 3 tbsp. of honey
- 1/2 cup El Chilerito Mango Flavor sauce
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season the breast.
- Beat the egg and milk. Place the chicken breast in the milk and leave it for 3 minutes.
- Coat the chicken with the flour and in a pot heat the oil and fry the chicken. Place it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- For the sauce:
- Blend the mangoes, the habanero, the Chamoy Mango sauce, the garlic, the salt and the honey.
- In a frying pan over low heat, heat the sauce and when it thickens, remove from the heat.
- Bathe the chicken with the habanero and mango sauce. Acompany with blue cheese dressing.
