Ingredients
- 2 carrots cutted in half moons
- 1 head of broccoli cutted in small florets
- 1/2 small onion cutted in medium pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 large zucchini in medium pieces
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- sesame seeds (optional)
- cooked spaghetti (optional)
- For sauce:
- 3 tbsp El Chilerito Mix sauce
- 2 tbsp honey bee
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fesh minced ginger
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot or skillet and add chopped carrot.Cook 2 to 3 minutes on high heat.
- Add the broccoli and cook another 2 minutes. After the time, add the chopped peppers, the onion and cook for about 2 more minutes. Everything is on high heat.
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients apart and add the pan along with the zucchini. Cook a few more minutes.
- Serve with the spaghetti. Decorate with sesame seeds to taste.
