● Fry the potatoes and sausages in the deep fryer at 180°C (recommended) for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
● Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the grated cheese to form the crust. Using a plastic spoon, shape it into a round, similar to a tortilla.
● Once the cheese is golden brown and firm, form a crepe by folding it carefully and use a toothpick to keep its shape while it cools.
● Fill the crepe with the potatoes and sausages to taste.
● Add El Chilerito mix to taste for that final touch.
