The personal data that will be processed by EL CHILERITO consists of the owner’s personal information, which may include: their name, email address, home address, RFC, CURP, telephone numbers, as well as financial and asset data, among other information strictly necessary for the purposes indicated below.

If we do not have your personal data, we will not be able to correctly provide you with the goods and/or services you require from us, or inform you of changes to them, or satisfy your needs appropriately, for which EL CHILERITO will not be held liable in any way.

– Incorporation and updating (where applicable) in our databases of your personal data as a previous customer, including your purchase history, for purely statistical purposes and to improve the service that EL CHILERITO provides to you.

When collecting personal data, we follow all the principles established by law, such as legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

Personal data will be collected directly by the company’s sales representative, in person or through other audio or visual means, or by any other lawful technology.

In addition, we may obtain information about the data subject from other sources permitted by law, such as telephone directories, references from companies or individuals, public databases of any public or private entity or agency, among others.

– Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the owner
– A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of your rights.

– Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, as well as any other document required by current legislation at the time of submitting the request.

EL CHILERITO shall not be obliged to cancel personal data in any of the cases established by law, including the following: where it refers to the parties to a private, social, or administrative contract and is necessary for its development and fulfillment; where it must be processed by legal provision; it hinders judicial or administrative proceedings related to tax obligations, the investigation and prosecution of crimes, or the updating of administrative sanctions; it is necessary to protect the legally protected interests of the owner; it is necessary to carry out an action in the public interest; it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation acquired by the owner.

V. Data transfers:
Personal data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties, except for EL CHILERITO subsidiaries that require personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

VI. Consent of the Owner
In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Law, it will be understood that the owner tacitly consents to the processing of their data when, having been made aware of this Privacy Notice, they do not express their opposition.

If we do not have your personal data, we will not be able to correctly provide you with the goods and/or services you require from us, or inform you of changes to them, or satisfy your needs in an appropriate manner, for which EL CHILERITO will not be held liable in any way.

V. Data transfers that are carried out,
Personal data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties other than those indicated in point II. Affiliated companies of CHILERA TAPATÍA S.A. DE C.V. that require personal data for the aforementioned purposes are not considered third parties.
