TUNA STUFFED

AVOCADOS

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato.
  • 1 bunch of parsley.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 2 tunas cans.
  • 2 avocados.
  • 2 limes.
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 3 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • El Chilerito Hot Spicy Sauce to taste.


Steps

  • Finely chop tomato (take out the seeds), onion and parsley, pour them into a bowl.
  • Add tuna and season with lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is integrated.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the bone and put some lime drops to keep them from turning brown.
  • Fill the avocados with tuna salad.
  • Add El Chilerito Hot Spicy Sauce to taste.
