Ingredients
- 1 Kg of cambray potatoes (small ones)
- 5 Chiles de arbol
- 5 Guajillo chiles
- 1 Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce
Steps
- Drill tiny holes in the potatoes. Place them in water with salt, heat to boiling point, keep boiling until well cooked.
- Brown chili peppers in oil and place them in hot water with the potatoes until they finish cooking.
- Blend chili peppers with El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce, garlic and salt.
- In a cooking pan with the same oil where you browned the chili peppers, place the potatoes and fry them, after some minutes add the blended sauce mix ingredients and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add more El Chilerito Mix Seasoning Sauce to taste. Enjoy!
