SPICY SAUSAGES

Ingredients

  • 200 g of sausages
  • 1 morron chilli
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • Cilantro
  • Hot sauce El Chilerito
  • Mix sauce El Chilerito

Steps

  • Dice the onion, cilantro and morron chili.
  • On a hot pan at medium heat, add a bit of oil and add the onion, add the morron chili and the sausages until light brown.
  • Once the sausager are light brown coat them with El Chilerito mix sauce, ketchup and El Chilerito hot sauce.
  • Stir intil everything is coated once the sauce thickens is ready.
  • Plate it and add a bit of cilantro for the final touch.
  • Enjoy!
