Ingredients
- 200 g of sausages
- 1 morron chilli
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- Cilantro
- Hot sauce El Chilerito
- Mix sauce El Chilerito
Steps
- Dice the onion, cilantro and morron chili.
- On a hot pan at medium heat, add a bit of oil and add the onion, add the morron chili and the sausages until light brown.
- Once the sausager are light brown coat them with El Chilerito mix sauce, ketchup and El Chilerito hot sauce.
- Stir intil everything is coated once the sauce thickens is ready.
- Plate it and add a bit of cilantro for the final touch.
