● 1 cup of strawberries.
● 1 cup of hibiscus tea.
● Sugar to taste.
● ½ lemon.
● Boiled water.
● El Chilerito chamoy®.
● El Chilerito powder with lemon®.
● Wash and remove the tops of the strawberries. Then cut them into quarters.
● In a 500 ml glass, add hibiscus flowers until the glass is half full, and fill it with boiled water. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to release its flavor and color.
● Meanwhile, place El Chilerito powder with lemon on one plate and El Chilerito chamoy for the frosting on another plate.
● Once the hibiscus water is ready, pour only the water into the blender. Add the strawberries, sugar to taste, and an additional cup of water if you prefer a more liquid consistency.
● Blend until smooth.
● Frost the rim of your glass with the chamoy mixture.
● Fill the glass with ice to taste, pour in the prepared hibiscus water, and garnish with strawberries and other ingredients of your choice.
