● 1 cup hibiscus tea
● 1 cup unflavored gelatin
● 1 cup sugar
● El Chilerito Chamoy
● El Chilerito powder with lemon
● Boil hibiscus and strain the concentrate.
● Add sugar and unflavored gelatin, mix well.
● Add El Chilerito chamoy and lemon powder to taste.
● Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
